The Cabin
Welcome to your serene escape in the foothills of the Catskills. Tucked away on 5 wooded acres with a private stream, mountain views, and a private trail on the property with several others nearby, this sun-filled home offers the perfect balance of quiet seclusion and easy access to the region’s best towns, trails, and excursions.
Explore upstate New York and unplug for a while! Skylights and oversized windows flood the space with natural light throughout the day, while heated floors and exposed wood beams give it warmth and character in every season. Two cozy private bedrooms, a spacious open lofted sleeping nook, and a dedicated desk space await!
Step outside to enjoy the large front deck and private secluded 5 walkable, wooded acres with a private stream and mountain views. The lazy comfort of a hammock invites you to that afternoon nap you’ve been wanting to take, or simply relax in one of our many outdoor seats or benches and truly be at peace in nature. The outdoor fire pits and furniture are perfect for morning coffee or stargazing at night. Even in the summer, temperatures stay cool thanks to the shaded surroundings, but there’s also a window AC unit for those warmer afternoons. This property is the perfect spot for alone time, couple time or family togetherness.
Located just 15 minutes from Woodstock and Phoenicia, and 30 minutes from Kingston, Saugerties, Belleayre & Hunter Ski Resorts, there is so much to do and see! You’ll also find local restaurants, charming shops, breweries, and trailheads all within 5 minutes. You’re just a stone’s throw from the stunning Ashokan Reservoir, a local favorite for hiking, biking, and incredible mountain views.
Whether you're here to unplug or connect, this peaceful retreat is a place to slow down, stretch out, and feel grounded. Be on the lookout for our upcoming additions, including a home theater, gym, lounge, and outdoor wood-fired hot tub & sauna (Spring/Summer 2026).

The home is full of things to keep you entertained, from our library of books and games to crafts to keep you inspired. The downstairs cave (coming soon) offers a lounge, gym, and theater. There is so much to do nearby, our local guide (shared upon booking) has it all covered.

This helps us keep our base nightly rate more accommodating by separating out the items only some may need. Just let us know what interests you and we can add it to your reservation. The name says it all! This package is great for those who want to stay on the property and feel like a kid again. Soak up the season with a playful setup featuring lawn games & inflatables, a picnic moment, firewood for cozy nights, and a s’mores kit. Perfect for slowing down and enjoying the mountain air.

Every stay welcomes you with a local wine/beer. Other local favorites include farm fresh eggs, maple syrup, and jams, to name a few! Let us know if there are any local treats you'd like upon your arrival, and we'll grab some for you. We can also have the kitchen fully stocked so you can avoid having to add a grocery run to your pre-trip plans.
Early Check-In / Late Check-Out
Want to extend your trip? We offer a 10am/1pm check-in & a 1pm/3pm check-out, giving you up to 10 extra hours at the cabin. (Regular check-in/check-out times: 4pm & 11am)

Want to try your hand at candle-making? Or maybe you want to discover your inner Picasso. We'll prep everything for you so you can show up care-free with just your hands, and joyfully let them get messy.

Get access to our floral garden where you can handpick blooms to make your very own bouquet to take home.
Ice Cream / Hot Cocoa Bar
Perfect for kids, or the kid in you. We'll supply everything you need to have your very own ice cream parlor, with home-made ice cream. Doing a winter getaway? Our Hot Cocoa Bar is great for cozy stays at the cabin.
